GROUP ACCOUNTABILITY PROGRAM

KVWC's group accountability program encompasses all of these things and more.

Macro Coaching with nutritional guidance following a realistic, “flexible dieting” approach. No food groups or specific foods eliminated unless deemed medically necessary. 

Daily workouts synced through @truecoach.co with KVWC’s very own warm-ups and exercise demos embedded for your form check!

Weekly challenges with focus on mindset and habits to give you that extra push mentally and physically. 

In app check-ins to make sure you’re on track, motivated, and seeing the results you desire!

And what really sets the KVWC Accountability program apart from every other remote program, is the constant support from your coach. You and your coach will do weekly accountability checks, reviewing and discussing your entire week. Your coaches are also available throughout the week to answer questions, upload informative videos, create topic buzz in the FB group, and give you that extra boost when you’re starting to slip.

Rome wasn’t built in a day and your fitness goals won't be either. You'll see better results training at home 20 minutes a day, 4 days a week, than 2 times a month at the gym. Commit to a routine that fits your lifestyle sustainably.
